Growing consumer influence
In order to increase the influence of consumers on firms, regulators and parliament there is a need to increase the number of people involved in bringing consumer issues to the fore and for everyone currently involved to work together closely.
The NCF contributes to working togther through its Consumer Congress inherited from the National Consumer Council in the early 2000’s.
